Have you wondered what life is like at Palacio del Mar? Here’s a breakdown of the fun events we had in July! If you’re curious about July 2025 Events at Palacio del Mar Rosarito, this recap will give you a perfect glimpse of community life here.
4th of July Party

What better way to kick off July than with a 4th of July party!
Thanks to our dearest neighbor, Sally, who coordinated the event, everyone gathered at the Palapa Club House at Palacio del Mar to celebrate the 4th of July, have a good time, and get to know each other a little more.
The evening featured live DJ music to set the perfect mood.
With the potluck lunch, everyone got to bring and try different tasty dishes, with drinks to go around.
No fireworks were set off as Palacio del Mar’s neighbors are very conscious of our furry friends, but beautiful firework displays were viewed from nearby communities along the Descanso Bay.
This gathering follows a tradition at Palacio del Mar, where for many years the developer had offered a 4th of July BBQ and mingle events. We are happy that now that the homeowners are directly involved in the life and maintenance of the community, Sally took upon herself to coordinate this year’s 4th of July celebration!

5-Course Bistro Dinner Party with chef Christian
Thanks to the gracious efforts by Ed and the Homeowners’ Association, on Thursday, July 17th, we had the fortunate opportunity to have Chef Christian from El Asadero restaurant at Nativo Vinicola visit Palacio del Mar and prepare a gourmet five-course menu.
This menu featured different varieties of seafood, meat, and salad, all perfectly balanced in each course for a delicate combination of spices, flavors, and textures to pamper our taste buds.

To prepare for this wonderful evening, the bistro was equipped with items purchased for the use and convenience of all the residents: new tablecloths, plates, utensils, and beautiful, embossed wine glasses for Palacio del Mar. And what better way to celebrate these improvements than with this dinner party!
A few of our neighbors and friends had already visited El Asadero and were impressed by the quality of food, taste, and presentation, so it was truly a treat to experience the flavors of a renowned Chef of Guadalupe Valley right in the comfort of Palacio del Mar!
This was truly an evening to remember! If you want to check out all the pictures of this event, head over to Palacio del Mar’s Facebook page.
Broker’s Open House and AMPI Real Estate Caravan
On July 22nd, we had the pleasure of hosting a special Broker’s Open House at Palacio del Mar! ✨
This event was organized by Beba Cabello, our knowledgeable broker with over 15 years of Baja Real Estate experience, who has been at the helm of Palacio del Mar’s sales office since 2014.
Over 40 Baja real estate agents joined us for a delightful brunch at Palacio’s oceanfront bistro, where we had the opportunity to chat about the real estate market, share ideas, and do a little networking with other local agents.

After brunch, we split into several groups (we had so many attendees!) to do a tour of Palacio del Mar – we started by walking through the beautifully landscaped walkways past the infinity pool and indoor heated pool, saw the gorgeous lobby in the newest building, Marbella Tower, and visited the 2 and 3-bedroom condos available for sale. All the agents were provided with all the necessary material and information to share with any interested clients who would like to make a lifestyle change and move to Baja, to show them all that Palacio del Mar has to offer.
Among the visiting brokers was the current president of Rosarito’s AMPI (Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios), leading the Rosarito AMPI caravan, which is a monthly event organized by this association for all its members to be up-to-date with the best real estate inventory available in the area. We also had the company of agents from REMAX Trust, REMAX Baja, and Bustamante Real Estate Group.
After the tour concluded, we gathered back at the bistro one more time for a toast with mimosas. Cheers! 😊
