Y nos costaba responder. Normalmente dec\u00edamos que era al sur de Rosarito. Y ellos asum\u00edan que nos refer\u00edamos a Ensenada, lo cual tampoco era correcto. Entonces me di cuenta de que esta zona necesitaba un nombre y su propia identidad.<\/p>\n<cite><br>Alan Winters, empresario.<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"pdm-has-medium-line-height pdm-page-content has-medium-font-size\">Alan apareci\u00f3 recientemente en un episodio del programa House Hunters International de HGTV, donde revel\u00f3 el concepto SoRo. Es mucho m\u00e1s tranquilo y exclusivo que Rosarito al norte, que a menudo se considera un \u00e1rea de mayor densidad repleta de turismo y fiesteros de vacaciones de primavera.
